The position of a nominated member in the committee shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-
(a) if he tenders his resignation in writing to the nominating authority,
(b) on expiry of his term of office,
(c) If he falls into the custody of the creditor,
(d) If he is found guilty by a court of any criminal charge,
(e) If he absents himself from the meeting of the committee for three consecutive times without notice,
(f) In case of his death.
